Alfa.fi is operated by Flirtic Inc., a company registered in Delaware, USA (ALEXANDRIA, 901 N. PITT STREET, SUITE 325).
14 years old and older may register at Alfa.fi (higher threshold may apply in certain cases and/or countries). Minors, or any person younger than 14, are strictly prohibited. Please do not attempt becoming a member if you are not at least 14 years of age.
Personally Identifying Information Provided to and Collected by Alfa.fi
Any information a user shares using Alfa.fi's services about himself or herself will be deemed a voluntary disclosure of personal information. Personally identifiable information that our site will collect and store may include: age, general geographic location, aim of acquaintance, your education, religion, your native language, smoking habits and information about children. Furthermore, Alfa.fi will allow a user to voluntarily provide additional personal information, such as, but not limited to: interests, favorite activities, ideal get-togethers.
Users will also have the option of permitting Alfa.fi to collect, store, and post your personal information shared on other social networking services. Parents or Legal Guardians may request from us to review, delete or stop the collection of the personally identifiable information of their child. You may do so emailing us at Alfa.fi may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to appropriate governmental authorities. If requested by law enforcement or judicial authorities, we will provide this information upon receipt of the appropriate documentation. Alfa.fi may also provide information to law enforcement to protect its property and the health and safety of individuals as permitted by statute.
Individuals signing up for Alfa.fi may be given the opportunity to create a unique password to use as an identifier and login. This password will be protected by system administrators and will not be intentionally shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Alfa.fi may use the information you provide to contact you regarding Alfa.fi, as well as for billing purposes should you opt into a paid service. Alfa.fi will not send unsolicited commercial e-mail unrelated to Alfa.fi, nor will Alfa.fi share your e-mail address with third parties. We don't share your personal information to third parties and any third party offers can be managed by you in your Account Settings section. The e-mails we send to you may contain code, which allows Alfa.fi to track usage of the e-mail, including whether the e-mail was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked.
Alfa.fi may accept credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods, for billing purposes should you opt into a paid service. Please note that we process your personal data for this, however we do not store any credit card or other payment card details. For payment processing we may forward your data to Maksekeskus AS or other payment service providers. Payment services providers may store your payment information (and are approved to do so by all applicable regulatory bodies). No access is permitted to this information by any third party.
Alfa.fi does not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse the website and request pages from our servers. However, Alfa.fi may log IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session, to identify problems in development, investigate fraudulent use of Alfa.fi services, and for other reasons at our discretion. We also use this information to better understand how visitors use our services and how we can better tune our services' contents and functionality to meet your needs.
Cookies are required to use Alfa.fi's website properly. Alfa.fi uses both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A cookie is a small data file that can include an anonymous unique identifier that is stored on the computer hard drive of the user. Session cookies are temporary cookies that remain in a file of the browser until logged out of the website. Session cookies do not store any personally identifying information, only a unique visitor ID that is used to improve the Alfa.fi user experience. Persistent cookies remain in the cookie file of the browser after leaving the Alfa.fi website. Persistent cookies also do not store any personally identifiable information, only preferences such as "Remember Me" so users do not have to log in to the site for every visit.

Alfa.fi makes no warranties of site performance if the user changes browser settings or employs other actions to disable cookies. Alfa.fi will not allow third parties to place or recognize cookies on your browser while you are browsing Alfa.fi website.
Limitation of Liability
Alfa.fi services are created solely for the use of fourteen (14) years of age and older (higher threshold may apply in certain cases and/or countries). As such, Alfa.fi services are not suitable for children. Alfa.fi, while acting in accordance with the laws, will not be responsible for inaccuracies or completeness of user profiles. When aware of a user who has created an inaccurate profile, Alfa.fi will take appropriate action to correct the issue according to the Terms of Service. Alfa.fi makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness thereof. Use of Alfa.fi services is at the risk of the user, and Alfa.fi disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, or other damage that might be suffered in consequence of any reliance upon or exposure to any part of this site.
To deactivate their profile from our database, users may sign in and deactivate their profile. These options are available from “Account Settings” page. If you want to stop using your account, you have two options. You can temporarily deactivate your account and you can remove your account completely. Removing your account means that no user will be able to search for you on Alfa.fi, although they may still see you profile from direct cached links. Your deactivated account will be completely deleted within 48 hours. Many users want to deactivate their accounts for temporary reasons and in doing so expect us to maintain their information until they return to Alfa.fi. You can temporarily close your account for 90 days, after that period your account will be reinstalled again and you will be notified about that by e-mail. To prevent abuse and/or misuse of Alfa.fi by a user following termination or deletion of a profile/account we shall retain such information as we deem in our sole discretion may be necessary to ensure that user does not open a new account and profile in breach of our Terms of Service and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
Warning: Even after you deactivate your account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed on the Internet to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by other users or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. We cannot control these activities, and therefore do not accept any responsibility for such exchange of information. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal information they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.
Correcting and Updating Information
Once logged in, go to your Alfa.fi profile; all fields will be editable at this stage.
